### Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Sales Manager to manage luxury car sales and lead the showroom sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong sales skills, customer-handling ability, and experience in the automobile/luxury car industry.
### Key Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day showroom sales operations and achieve monthly targets.
* Lead, motivate, and monitor the sales team.
* Handle customer enquiries, test drives, negotiations, and bookings.
* Build strong relationships with premium/luxury car customers.
* Follow up on leads and convert enquiries into sales.
* Monitor sales performance and prepare regular sales reports.
* Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales process.
* Coordinate with finance, insurance, and delivery teams.
* Develop strategies to increase showroom sales and customer acquisition.
### Requirements
* 3-5 years of experience in automobile sales, preferably luxury/premium cars.
* Graduate degree preferred.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
* Good knowledge of automobile sales processes.
* Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal skills.
* Leadership and team-management skills.
* Candidates with experience in Audi, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Volvo, Jaguar, Land Rover, Lexus, or other premium automobile brands will be preferred.

₹25,000 - ₹40,000 per month + Incentives
