Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls and follow up on leads regularly.
Explain features of secured and unsecured loans (PL, BL, HL, LAP).
Build and maintain customer relationships through calls and follow-ups.
Achieve sales targets for multiple loan products.
Collect customer documents as per checklist.
Maintain MIS and provide timely market feedback.
Requirements:
6 months to 2 years of experience as Telecaller or in sales.
Excellent communication and listening skills.
Enthusiastic and willing to learn.
Immediate joiners preferred.
Qualification: HSC / Any Graduate.
Languages: Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, English (minimum 2 required).
